Kiteboarding as taken India by storm. It's an exhilarating extreme water sport combining many other forms like wakeboarding, windsurfing, paragliding and gymnastics into one extreme sport. A kitesurfer uses his different sized kites accordingly to harness the power of wind on a small surfboard to be propelled across the water at mind blowing speeds depending on the wind conditions. Can you visualise jumping 30 foot straight off of flat water with no ramp or kicker ? Ski or Snowboard ? and then pulling off all wakeboarding moves with one large kite and no boat

Cinthol - Relish the ChallengeThere's no stylist fixing the model's hair, there is no blown lights, no heckling by the models and definitely I am not in the comfort of well equipped studios. It's just me, surfers, waves and water all around me. But there are fiberglass boards rocketing towards me at an incredible speed, the waves are constantly rolling by. Depending on the size it could be pretty intimidating at times. Well of course, I can't ignore some incredible creatures like shark, jelly fish and reefs around me and worry about getting myself shredded by them.

Probably the name sounds too exotic and foreign to many but then Gulf of Mannar is an arm of the Indian Ocean lying between southern tip of India and the west coast of Sri Lanka. Today Gulf of Mannar is declared as an important biosphere reserve, which is home to world's richest and rarest marine life and is renowned for it's coral reef systems, sea grass and algal life.

The Varanasi Contemplation

The Colorful Kshameshvar Ghat, Varanasi.

The unprecedented torrential rains hit across entire eastern Uttar Pradesh around the time of Basant Panchami, the last Shahi Snan. This resulted in massive disorder across Kumbha Mela, throwing life out of gear, making it harder for people to leave or enter the Mela area. We miraculously managed to get out of the Mela premises with minimal hindrances to our next destination, Varanasi.
